Thanks for choosing us to install your lights! Here’s some info about what to expect next…
You’ll receive a booking confirmation for your 7-day installation window. A 7-day install window is BIG! We get it, not many home services have such a wide arrival window like ours. We need this in place to account for weather, maintenance calls, and flu season.
We’ll text a reminder about your 7-day install window on the night before it begins. This gives returning clients a chance to get their lights out on the porch for us.
We’ll send an ETA text when your installer is headed to your house. You do not need to be home for us to install your lights.
If it is getting late in the week, and you’re wondering when we’re coming, you may text 425-578-5556 to get a tighter ETA for your appointment.
October installations with greenery will have a second visit to install their wreath or garland during Thanksgiving week.
We set your timer for 6 hours. It is a photocell timer that triggers at dark. If there is a power outage at your property, the timer will reset itself.
Maintenance calls can be made until December 23rd and are not guaranteed if snow or ice is present. We have more details about maintenance calls and warranties within the Terms and Agreements link on your quote.
Takedown begins January 2nd. We can not take specific appointments for a takedown, however, you may choose to leave your lights up until February during our second takedown route. You may unplug your lights before we arrive if you’re finished enjoying them.
That basically covers it! We’ve worked hard to prepare for your installation and our staff takes your service seriously. Our goal is to install your display as safely and timely as possible during a very uncertain weather season. Thank you for allowing us to serve you.
Sincerely,
Riley Poor
