Sales Associate: Work from home; flexible hours; excellent pay; seasonal. The operating season is September-November.

Due to an overwhelming inflow of estimate requests, we have had to shut our website down each operating season. This work is high-volume sales. The best applicant for this position LOVES SALES. You love selling and you love thinking about selling. The design and estimate tools are simple and easy to teach - but there is no modality to teach motivation. You have to wake up hungry to process quotes for a very intense, short period of the year. The sales associate will process requests submitted by leads for an estimate on seasonal Christmas lights. You will use online tools and images such as Jobber, Google Earth, Redfin, and client photos to process quotes and measure or estimate roof lines (gutters, rakes, ridges, hips). You will provide design options for clients, including optional add-ons to the layout. Experience in installing or Christmas light sales is required. Experience measuring rooflines in a comparable field such as gutter installation or roofing is acceptable. Must be willing to sit long hours in front of the computer, designing, measuring, estimating labor costs, and communicating with clients, as well as our technicians.

Compensation: Hourly plus commission. $20-$30/hr DOE + 5% Commission on new clients

You will spend a massive amount of time measuring and drawing up design images for clients. Draft the quote and let someone else do the pricing work!

Experience in Christmas light installation is required.
